JMG Marks 28 Years of Growth, Celebrates Transformation and People-Driven Success

JMG Limited celebrated its 28th anniversary, marking nearly three decades of growth, innovation, and transformation from a power solutions provider into one of Nigeria’s leading engineering and infrastructure solutions companies.

The month-long celebration reflected on the company’s remarkable journey, honoured the employees who have contributed to its success, and reinforced JMG’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that power homes, businesses, and industries across the country.

Since its establishment in 1998, JMG has evolved beyond its roots in power generation to build a diversified portfolio spanning HVAC solutions through JMG Clima, renewable energy through JMG Solar, elevators and escalators through JMG Elevator, industrial air compressors through JMG Industrial, electrical systems through JMG Electra, and integrated power solutions through JMG Power. The company’s broad range of offerings has positioned it as a trusted end-to-end engineering partner for clients across multiple sectors.

As part of the anniversary activities, JMG launched the JMG Story campaign across its social media platforms, providing employees with an opportunity to share personal experiences, memorable milestones, and reflections on the company’s evolution. The initiative showcased the people behind the brand while highlighting the values of collaboration, excellence, and innovation that continue to shape the organisation.

Employees also participated in a series of engagement activities, including quizzes, and a company-wide scavenger hunt designed to promote teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. The celebrations culminated in a grand anniversary event on June 26, where employees from across the organisation gathered to commemorate the milestone and celebrate the company’s achievements.

Speaking during the anniversary celebration, Chief Commercial Officer of JMG Limited, Rabi Jammal, attributed the company’s sustained success to the dedication of its workforce.
