Wanle Akinboboye win double awards at AKWAABA 2025

Foremost resort in Africa, La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, Lagos, Nigeria, has once again won two outstanding awards in the hospitality and tourism sector of the economy.
This time around at the ongoing 21st Akwaaba, the West African Travel Market at Eko Hotel, Lagos, La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort swept away two important awards at the occasion yesterday evening.
The first award being: LA CAMPAGNE TROPICANA BEACH RESORT, TOP RESORT IN NIGERIA 2024/2025
While the second award goes to the Founder of La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort itself, Tourism Icon, AMBASSADOR WANLE AKINBOBOYE: TOURISM PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR IN NIGERIA 2024/2025.
There was a big response at the announcement of both awards, acknowledging that both awards are indeed most deserving, as the entire large number of people at the Eko Convention Center, the event place, went into a frenzy of applause to celebrate the Founder of La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, Tourism Icon Otunba Olawanle Akinboboye, as he received both awards at the event hall.
“La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort has been, over the years, consistently winning awards in different categories of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry. And will not rest on it’s oars. I thank you all,” Otunba Olawanle Akinboboye said after thanking the organizers.
